FABIO MORANDÍN-AHUERMA es miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadoras e Investigadores (SNII) del Consejo Nacional de Humanidades, Ciencias y Tecnologías (CONAHCYT). Licenciado en Filosofía por la Universidad Veracruzana, Maestro en Estudios Diplomáticos por el Instituto “Matías Romero” de la Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores de México, Doctor (Cum Laude) en Filosofía por el Instituto de Filosofía de la Universidad Veracruzana. Realizó una estancia de investigación postdoctoral de 2016 a 2017 en el Centro de Investigaciones Filosóficas (CIF) de Buenos Aires, Argentina, en el Programa de Neuroética Fundamental. Se desempeña actualmente como profesor investigador de tiempo completo definitivo en la Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla con adscripción a la Licenciatura de Medicina General y Comunitaria del CRZN. Ha ejercido, de 2000 a 2015, como catedrático de la Facultad de Filosofía de la Universidad Veracruzana. Integrante del Padrón de Investigadores de la BUAP y perfil deseable PRODEP. Es líder del Cuerpo Académico “BUAP-CA-358 Estudios Regionales Transdisciplinarios”. Ha centrado su labor de investigación en torno a la neuroética, la filosofía de la inteligencia artificial y la investigación educativa. Entre sus publicaciones se puede destacar sus libros: “Principios normativos para una ética de la Inteligencia Artificial” (2023), “Neuroeducación como herramienta epistemológica” (2022) y “Neuroética fundamental y teoría de las decisiones” (2021), editados por el Consejo de Ciencia y Tecnología del Estado de Puebla (CONCYTEP). Es editor de los libros colectivos “Investigaciones Regionales desde Puebla Nororiental” (2022); “Puebla Nororiental: Estudios Regionales Transdisciplinarios” (2019) y “Perspectivas Multidisciplinarias e Investigación en el Complejo Regional Puebla Nororiental” (2024). Es autor y coautor de más de 50 artículos y capítulos. Ha dirigido más de 40 tesis de licenciatura y posgrado. Chief Editor para México de la Revista Multidisciplinaria de Ciencia Básica, Humanidades, Arte y Educación, ISSN 2992-7722 y revisor de artículos en revistas del SJR-Scopus, así como de la WoS. Among his publications, notable are his books: "Normative Principles for an Ethics of Artificial Intelligence" (2023), "Neuroeducation as an Epistemological Tool" (2022), and "Fundamental Neuroethics and Decision Theory" (2021), published by the Council of Science and Technology of the State of Puebla (CONCYTEP). He is the author and co-author of more than 50 articles and chapters, as well as co-editor of two collective books. He has supervised over 40 undergraduate and graduate theses. Co-editor of the "Multidisciplinary Journal of Basic Science, Humanities, Art, and Education" ISSN 2992-7722 and SJR-Scopus reviewer.
